Key skills required for the job are:

Office 365 - Exchange Online-L3, (Mandatory) Essential Experience/Skills:

- Microsoft Exchange 2010 & higher 5+ years - Extensive Experience with Enterprise Exchange Hybrid / Exchange Online Migration (10,000+ mailboxes)

- Deep understanding of Active Directory (On-premises and Azure AD services) - Experience with mobile messaging technologies such as Mobile Iron and BlackBerry Enterprise Server

- Excellent PowerShell skills

Secondary Skills:

- Overall IT experience 8+ years

- Strong understanding of day-to-day functionality in Office 365 services including Exchange Online & Azure Active Directory, Skype for Business and O365 ProPlus

- Enterprise-level IT support - Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Self-sustained and proactive

Key Responsibilities:

- The suitable candidate plays a key Lead role in the Exchange 2010 on-premises to Exchange Online migration project.

- Provide technical expertise to the Exchange Online migration project

- Assess and document the existing Exchange 2010 on-premises environment

- Design transition state and target state architecture for the Exchange 2010/Exchange Online migration project

- Create professional, detailed and easily understood architecture/design documentation

- Test changes in the relevant test environments - Deploy changes into the production environment Certifications Desirable

- MCSA: Office 365 - MCSE Productivity Solutions Expert As a Senior Architect, you are responsible for providing technical leadership to medium size/complexity/order-value enterprise scale projects/solutions.

- You are expected have depth of knowledge of specified multiple technological areas, which includes knowledge of applicable processes, methodologies, standards, products and frameworks.

- You would be responsible for defining and documenting architecture, capturing and documenting non-functional (architectural) requirements, preparing estimates and defining technical solutions to proposals (RFPs

- You should provide technical leadership to project team(s) to perform design to deployment related activities, provide guidance, perform reviews, prevent and resolve technical issues.

- You are required to guide team of Architects, who would be responsible specific architectural area or part of the architecture/solution.

- You need to collaborate with multiple teams from wipro/customer to arrive at technical and tactical decisions.

- Minimum work experience: > 10 YEARS
