Job Description :
Skill Sets MUST:
Proficient in Web Logic , Web Sphere & Oracle E-Business suite applications.
Good knowledge in Oracle Enterprise Linux, Unix, Operating systems.
Experience with relational databases such as DB2
Knowledge of queue technologies, such as MQ/JMS
Providing support for web applications using Tomcat, Apache, WebSphere Application Server, Weblogic, IIS and Jboss Technologies
Deploying & migration application related files.
Experience in scripting – Shell, Perl, Python
Performance monitoring and basic tuning of applications.
Proactively monitors applications through EJB’s/JMS Queues, etc. And reports on Oracle systems integrity, security, and compliance measures.
Skill in problem solving to select, organize and logically process relevant information (verbal, numerical or abstract) to solve a problem.
Should have hands on experience on windows and linux environments on Azure.
Role Summary:
Alert monitoring, perform health checks, trouble-shooting issues, perform escalation, managing bridge calls, perform root cause analysis and document knowledge articles
Support web sites (application, middleware & infrastructure tiers) both within the organization and external at the hosting provider
Applies operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes
Responsible for adding, removing, or updating user account information, and resetting passwords, security and documenting the configuration of the system
Participate in risk and security related activities
Work Schedule: This is a 24x7 support team. Ideal candidate would be willing to work night and weekend shifts
