Microsoft Dynamics CRM Solution Architect/Lead
Location – Houston, TX
Duration – 6 months +
Job Description: The Dynamics CRM Solution Architect is responsible for consulting on Dynamics CRM engagements including: design, implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing applications. The Solution Architect responsibilities include developing the Solution Blueprint of Dynamics CRM, conceptual and functional designs, estimating, managing client relationships, and leading and managing projects to ensure delivery on-time and on-budget and that the customers'' expectations are exceeded - quality and consistency is a must! He/She must have strong functional Dynamics CRM/XRM knowledge and be able to leverage more junior resources to achieve quality results. Project Management experience is required.
Responsibilities
? Working with the Client and project teams to define functional requirements and document solution design
? Configuration of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM application
? Specify and convey requirements for custom code, integrations, and custom reports to development team and test completed solutions
? Generate user and technical documentation
? Train end users and system administrators
? Create, update, and review project plans, manage project team, deliverables, budgets, and deadlines
Qualifications
? 10+ years'' experience directly managing software implementation projects
? 7+ years'' experience in consulting, business analysis, implementation, or product support in CRM systems
? Minimum of 3 full lifecycle Dynamics CRM implementations (Analysis - Deployment)
? Must have excellent time management and organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills, work well in teams, and instill customer confidence
? Strong customer relationship skills and experience
? Ability to establish priorities and work independently
