Knowledge/Experience:
Architect Lead with expertise in Core Java, J2EE and open source frameworks.
At least 10 years of Industry experience with minimum of 3 years of Lead Architect
experience.
Well-rounded skill sets in Java/J2EE to provide end to end Enterprise solutions and
frameworks for Compliance Banking function.
Ability to operate in a fast paced environment, assimilating large amounts of information
quickly, adhering to platform and technology organization futuristic state – thereby
providing suitable architectural roadmap, solutions, and frameworks with minimal
oversight. Strong working relationship skills, with various stake holders particularly with
senior executives
Expertise in application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
Advanced knowledge of architecture, design and business processes
Keen understanding of regulatory control and auditor requirements
Skills:
- Broad and extensive knowledge of the software development process and its technologies
- Knowledge of architectural styles and design patterns
- Understanding of various coding methods and computer languages
- Data modeling and database design experience
- Applied development experience in one or more of object oriented languages such as Java, C++, C#, Python
- Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes
