Below is the Job description:
Primary Skill - Production Planning (PP) on SAP S/4 HANA and secondary skills on QM and PM
1. SAP Production Planning (PP) Project Lead with overall 10+ year experience in chemical industry.
2. Candidate should have good understanding of SAP Production Planning capabilities and solution scope in SAP S/4 HANA 1709 and above.
3. Candidate must have at least 2-3 full life cycles experience in designing and implementing end-to-end discrete manufacturing processes with the SAP Production Planning (PP) module including: Forecasting, Material Requirements planning, Production planning and scheduling, Shop floor control, Bill of Material and Routings in implementation, global template and production support environment preferably in SAP S/4 HANA 1709.
4. Implementation level understanding of SAP Production Planning related RFCs, BAPIs, BADIs, BDCs, user exits and enhancement points.
5. Good experience in discrete manufacturing industry preferably chemicals.
6. Candidate should have experience of implementing Make to Stock, Make to Order, Engineer to Order scenarios etc. along with implementing PP with variant configuration.
7. Good working knowledge on integration of SAP PP processes with SAP QM, SAP MM / WM, SAP SD, SAP Central Finance.
8. Good to have skills in SAP QM:
· Experience in SAP QM in areas like Quality Inspections, Notifications, Batch Management, Equipment calibration, Physical samples, Multiple specification, Stability analysis, CofA and Workflow management.
· Candidate should have experience in SAP QM Goods Receipt, Measuring Equipment Management, Serial number management etc. along with SAP QM in production, procurement and sales.
· Experience with Quality certificates, Quality notifications, Customer complaints and Supplier Complaints in SAP QM process.
9. Good to have skills in SAP PM:
· Strong experience in Master Data Functional Location, Equipment Master, Class& Characteristics, Work center, Task List, Revision, Measuring Points etc.
· Candidate should have experience in Notification Management Configuration and processes like Notification type, Layout, Priorities, Catalogs and Catalog Profiles.
· Experience with Maintenance Order Configuration and processes like Order type, Profiles, Material availability check, Scheduling Confirmation etc.
