Title: Macintosh Desktop Engineer
Duration: Full-time/Perm.
Location: Carlstadt, NJ.

Job Description:
Perform technical analysis and resolution of application and hardware issues related to the MAC environment.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hardware specifications and configurations.
Ability to manage all critical patch updates to ensure that security compliance is maintained.
Application packaging including complex packages and unattended installations.
Familiarity with Active Directory group policy and (creating AD groups and deploying group policy
Scripting skills for tasks that requires architectural and application related configuration.
Knowledge on Centrify upgrade and ability to troubleshoot and fix certify bind issues.
Ability to triage issues; work with internal teams and vendor support to drive resolution.
Manage Quality Assurance processes to provide assurance and credibility that workstations and deployments function correctly.
