Key skills required for the job are:
Telecommunication
Mobile Packet Core - MPC
VoLTE - Voice over LTE
Telco Cloud
Excellent working knowledge of EPC/IMS/LTE architecture, interfaces and procedures, with understanding of key LTE associated technologies and functionality including IMS, RCSe, VoLTE, SRVCC and CSFB.
Good working knowledge of 3GPP, IETF and GSMA standards and architectures.
Good understanding of Operational and Business support systems.
Good practical skills in troubleshooting and fault resolution on an end to end basis
Telecom or IT Engineer Experienced in IP networks (network deployment), with recognized expertise in LTE networks/Core Package design, integration or support.
Virtualization skills are also very important in the current network transformation: Linux, KVM, Hypervisors (Openstack, VMware), VNF configuration and management (scale-IN/OUT), healing.
Knowledge of all or part of the set of protocols for IP/MPLS: IGP, BGP, RSVP, LDP, etc and Mobile networks related interfaces and protocols 2G-3G-4G
IP certifications in one or more suppliers (Nokia SRC, Cisco, Juniper) are highly recommended, priority given to Nokia SRC certification
Teamwork skills, participation and facilitation of working groups and presentations, good interpersonal skills for customer services are also expected skills
Nice to Have:
Good working knowledge of 3G MCC elements and associated interfaces, including key protocols e.g. GTP, DIAMETER, RADIUS, SIGTRAN, BICC, MAP, Cap and INAP etc.
Experience of working with NSN core network systems.
VoIP/VoLTE/VToW deployment and testing experience
Working knowledge of IP networks, preferably with experience with the prime IP vendor equipment: Cisco/Juniper network certification also nice to have.
Minimum work experience: 5 - 8 YEARS
