Job Description :
MDM Tech Lead
Minimum 7+ years of experience in full lifecycle MDM implementations .
Over 5 years of hands-on knowledge working with MDM products.
Experience in TIBCO EBX or Orchestra Networks and any similar MDM products(Informatica MDM/IBM Infosphere MDM
Experience in leading and Designing future-state Master Data Management Architecture based on the overall Enterprise Data Strategy / Architecture architecture.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with C-level executives and core technology teams.
Master Data Domain experience in one or more of the following data domains (e.g. Customer, Account, Products, etc)
Review As-is environment for customer master data processes. Help define and review to-be processes and governance model.
Engage with business and IT stakeholders to understand master data requirements and current constraints.
Evaluate MDM products and recommend fitment .Lead definition of the master data solution along with details of all technology components
Knowledge of Data Quality and MDM with experience in financial services is preferred
Coordinating design and development work with offshore.
