L3 and above expertise in Linux administration (Redhat Linux/CentOS/SuSE Linux)
Expertise in puppet and/or Ansible configuration management tools (at a level of writing own manifests/playbooks)
Expertise in handling spacewalk or redhat satellite would be a plus
Knowledge of GIT
Has experience in working on KVM or any virtualization technologies
Good communication and client handling abilities
Flexible on work hours
Process Skills:
Incident management and ITIL process knowledge
RCA and Implementation process Knowledge
Strong Linux L3 - CentOS, RHEL & SuSe
Expert in Ansible and Puppet
Intermediate knowledge on Oracle/SQL, Python, Pearl, Shell scripting, Spacewalk
Strong coordination skills
Hands on needed and needs to be very technical
Critical thinker and quick learner
Main point of contact and lead for all IST support activities
Troubleshooting OS administration and issues related to new builds
Incident management and ITIL process knowledge
Design/Develop/Implement changes in puppet infrastructure
Design/Develop/Implement changes/improvements to Ansible codes
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Spacewalk/Puppet/Ansible
Perform deep dive on long pending issues, perform RCA and prepare SOP for other team members to follow
he would be technical escalation point of contact for offshore team
