Duration : 3-6 months Contract to Hire , There is one more position for Full time too

Client working on a salesforce product for their customers. The Sr. Salesforce Developer should have product development experience and able to mentor other developers. Must understand software development lifecycle for products. 7+ years experience as a Salesforce Developer. Someone who can push Salesforce to the limit and not do just basic work. They are building out big frameworks, building API’s, working closely with Big Data Science Team – he said it’s like Salesforce on Steriods, so this person will be challenged and work on the latest and greatest salesforce products.

- Degree not required.

Rejected / Passed on folks due to communication skills, culture fit or they couldn’t talk about what they built and why.

Team – 4 Front End developers, a Salesforce Architect and Admin.

Trying to get someone with a significant amount of enterprise Salesforce experience who ideally has built Managed Packages or other products so they understand the lifecycle.

We can do both, depending on the candidate preference. But the Senior and Junior dev roles have Full Time budget allocated and we have additional contracting funds I can apply to contract to hire candidates. If they''re out of state, it will definitely have to be contract to hire.

Interview process: Phone with hiring manager, then tech skype call, then F2F. if out of state – video skype ( If it is fake candidate / proxy interview and get selected and later FIRED they will not get paid )

General Purpose
As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for the development, integration, and deployment of custom solutions using Apex and Visualforce to enhance the client Customer platform.
Core Responsibilities
Provide innovative solutions leveraging Salesforce’s capabilities and make recommendations to support a rapidly increasing org.
Develop custom code using Visualforce, APEX, and other technologies to build customized solutions supporting business initiatives/processes.
Implement best practices by developing, refining, iterating, integrating, testing, staging and deploying maintainable technical solutions.
Use analytical skills and judgement to solve problems and make decisions in a rapidly changing environment.
Communicate complicated problems to team members to ensure we are coming up with the right solutions.
Accountable for effectively leading, communicating and managing change ensuring sustainability of process and performance enhancement.
Remain current on the external environment for industry leading tools, technology, analytics and best practices to continuously improve Client''s customer value proposition.
Additional Responsibilities
Collaborate with client staff to achieveclient business goals.
Partner with Manager of Quality and Compliance to ensure consistency and compliance in our solutions.
Demonstrate leadership in the areas of continuous improvement and continuous learning.
Support client Underwriting and Client Care team members as needed to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
