Nature of Work:
This role is to support the Care Model team in their work on the ACG, Stratification, and Care Management Data Mart. The role is heavily focused on SQL, ETL, and BI related work.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience is required
2. Minimum of three (3) years of systems management and analysis experience is required
3. Three (3) or more years of experience within IT leadership is preferred
4. Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications is preferred
5. Project planning and project management experience is preferred
6. Technical teaching skills or experience is preferred
7. Knowledge of the healthcare and managed care philosophy is preferred
8. Strong analytical, evaluative and problem solving abilities
9. Critical listening and thinking skills
10. Strong learning competency and ability to teach others
11. Solid project planning and management abilities
12. Technical programming, analysis and specification skills
13. Network protocols and security standards (may require)
14. Application development tools methodologies (e.g. Agile) and Enterprise architecture (e.g. TOGAF) (may require)
15. Advanced system configuration skills
16. Proficient in Microsoft technologies (infrastructure or application development
17. Experience with Business Intelligence, Analytic tools such as Informatica, MicroStrategy, SSRS and SAS ( may require)
18. Strong data warehouse/business intelligence delivery experience (may require)
19. Strong knowledge of best practices relative to application development or infrastructure standards
20. Excellent written and oral communication skills
21. Effective organization and prioritization skills
22. ITIL, MCD, MCSE, CCNE, CISSP, or other Infrastructure, Development, or IT Management specific certifications are a plus
