REQUIREMENT:

Role: Kronos Specialis
Location: Louisville, KY
Contract Term: 6 months – start date Sept 11th
Interview Process: phone, then Skype call
Pay Rate: up to $55/hr. Only



DESCRIPTION
Kronos Consultants will work an individual or team lead, providing expertise during implementation, upgrade or optimization projects following HyBridge Solutions'' methodology. General requirements include hands-on experience with implementations and/or upgrades of the Kronos Workforce Central applications. Kronos Consultants work directly with client staff providing hands-on leadership, process design, application configuration, super and end user training, testing support/leadership, go-live support and change management.

Requirements:
Prior demonstrated experience with Kronos Workforce Central applications in a healthcare environment including some or all of the following:
v7.x or later experience (required)
Workforce Timekeeper (required)
Workforce Integration Manager (preferred, interface design experience required)
Workforce Device Manager (InTouch/4500, preferred)
Workforce Scheduler (preferred)
Navigator/NGUI Configuration (preferred)
Experience with creating/running Select statements against MS SQL or Oracle databases (a plus)
Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Ability to work as part of a team with clear verbal and written communication skills
Ability to accurately and effectively document system processes and configuration
Minimum 3 years consulting, system administration or client practitioner experience required

Key Skills:
· Provide training workshops for the two Kronos analysts
· Provide ongoing support for reporting, integration and error troubleshooting pre-payroll, during payroll, and post payroll
· Interact with customer, and third party vendors that are supporting the HR system (UltiPro)
· Point of contact for HRIS manager and the Kronos analysts
· Lead the validation and testing efforts during the migration project
· Support post go-live system stability.
