- Administrative servicing of user requests
- Working within the team and with other teams to understand their requirements and design an implementation which suits their needs
- Light training & workshops with users
- JIRA & Confluence system administration, including upgrades, infrastructure design, troubleshooting operational issues
- JIRA & Confluence integration into CI/CD, including change management, agile ways of working, integrations between tooling, etc
