Should interact with multiple stakeholders including top management from client and other vendors for activities like Transition management SLAKPI reporting Change control management DR drill coordination and Incident management
Will be involved in reporting and coordination with all stakeholders
Should be able to navigate ambiguity and quickly establish credibility
Should possess Strong business acumen communication and presentation skills
Will be involved in assessing initial severity gather impacts engage necessary support teams and escalate as necessary to ensure timely restoration
Will be involved on triaging problems coordinating with various support teams across the organization and carryout activities related to incident and problem management
Should communicate with all lines of business and management the overall status and health of the application contribute to automation causal analysis develop shared common solutions proactively identify issues
