Job Responsibilities:
Lead full lifecycle application development efforts
Design, code and debug software
Perform software analysis, risk analysis, reliability analysis
Participate in software modeling and simulation
Integrate new software solutions with existing systems
Extract and reverse engineer existing code
Have passion for innovation, new ideas, quick prototyping, hackathons etc.
Explore and innovate new technologies, features, and tools
Have an open-minded approach to development strategy and approaches
Actively look for ways to make everything better
Lead offshore development team
Skills and Experience Required:
10+ years of experience in IT in core Java, SOA, APIs
Development/team lead background
Extensive hands-on, full-stack development experience
Experience with ReactJS and SQL (React is a critical skill)
Extensive database experience (SQL Server preferred, Oracle also acceptable)
Health care experience strongly desired
