Job Description:
Performs advanced (senior-level) computer programming work. Work involves planning, analyzing, scheduling, coordinating and implementing programming projects. This includes analysis, design, coding, testing, documenting, and implementing applications to support the Charitable Bingo Division of the Texas Lottery Commission. Works in a manner that exemplifies and supports the agency’s core values of integrity, responsibility, innovation, fiscal accountability, customer responsiveness, teamwork, and excellence.

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum five (5) years of experience with SQL or PL/SQL
Minimum three (3) years of Java programming experience.
Minimum five (5) years of experience developing system documentation.
Minimum two (2) years of software version control experience.

Preferred Requirements:
Two (2) years of Oracle JDeveloper 12c experience
Three (3) years of Jasper Reports programming experience
Knowledge of Charitable Bingo Rules and Regulations
