Technical/Functional Skills
Core Java 1.6 or Higher, J2EE, Spring , GWT, SOAP Webservices, Restful service, Apigee, Angular 2, WebSphere8.X, XML, Unix/Linux scripts, Junit, SumoLogic, Dynatrace monitoring, SQL, Oracle 11g/12c, SonarQube, Version Control tool GitLab/ GitHub, CI/CD Tools(Jenkins), Design Patterns, APIfication (SpringBoot, JSON), API Testing Tool (Postman), Build Tool(Gradle), MQ
Experience Required
Experience in leveraging monitoring and Reliability tools like Dynatrace APM, Dynatrace Synthentics, Riverbed App Internals, HP Site Scope etc.
Experience in Performance Monitoring & Tuning J2EE applications
Should have excellent Architecture knowledge
Have good understanding of Infrastructure, Capacity and Application knowledge
Knowledge on Web Technologies, Ecommerce, Cloud Technologies, API, SOA, IBM Web Sphere
Should be able to interact with all infrastructure teams to collect / get required information
Experience in design, development and implementation of applications
Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework ( Spring core, MVC, AOP Cloud , Restful service, Micro service, Apigee )
Object oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate
Experience with test-driven development.
Excellent communication.
Flexible to learn new technologies and gain Domain knowledge quickly.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
Good in team leading
Good in analysis & problem solving
Good knowledge of estimation technique & Risk management skills
Good Time Management Skills
Ability to anticipate issues and formulate remedial actions

Roles & Responsibilities • Responsible for Application Performance Tuning and Monitoring
Improving Application Availability, Resiliency, Fast Fail and reliability factors
Should be involved in architecting complex J2EE applications/solutions
Review current applications technology platform and design new components that integrate with this system
Airline domain knowledge is preferable
This position demands a well-organized, action-oriented team player with the ability to prioritize daily work, change directions quickly, manage geographically dispersed resources and work on multiple projects simultaneously
Should have excellent communication skills and continuously work with senior managers, come up with new strategies, come up with quick solutions
Ability to work with minimal supervision, engaging peers and other departments to accomplish assigned goals and effectively manage projects in a cross-functional environment.
Responsible to leverage the latest technologies/products/tools and direct/lead the team in an onsite/offshore
Should coordinate with offshore for the timely deliverables
