Job Description:

Act as requirements project lead for medium to large projects, directing and coordinating requirements project staff and activities.
Oversee production support of core projects, including gathering and documenting requirements, translating functional requirements to technical requirements, writing user stories and identifying options.
Partner with product owner and business users and act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
Coordinates development, testing, and implementation of solutions with vendors.
Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst with track record of delivering business process requirements and use cases is required.
Attend Scrum ceremonies

8 plus years of diverse experience in IT is preferred

Expertise with the Pega Platform and certification preferred Experience taking requirements and writing.
Experience in Agile/Scrum concepts
Prepares technical documentation for system software applications
