 Strong Engineering/Operations Skills 
 Day to Day maintenance of the Identity Management System (Quest One Identity Manager) 
 Foster a service management view of design, creation and support 
 Identity Management Technologies and Connections to other systems 
 Active Directory Integration and Interaction 
 Vendor Management Relationships 
 Ability to partner and to collaborate with people at all levels – individual engineers, managers, executives and key vendors. Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills conducive to team development 
 Working knowledge of regulatory compliance including CSV and qualification strongly preferred 
 Ability to communicate with internal auditors 
 Working knowledge to manage project deliverables utilizing SDLC and formal documentation such as requirements, design and testing 
 Adaptable to work using AGILE delivery 
 Organized and capable of multi-tasking 
 Change agent with influential skills to make positive change 
Qualifications: 
 2+ years of relevant experience with Quest One Identity Manager (formally Quest/Dell Identity Manager) 
 Strong knowledge of IAM and Active Directory 
 Knowledge of O365 provisioning is a plus 
 Enterprise knowledge of Cloud computing as it relates to infrastructure and security 
 Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell 
 Strong knowledge of programing languages such as SQL, Visual Basic, XML, and C# 
 Advanced Microsoft Excel skills such as performing vLookups and data manipulation 
 Knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack: Windows Server, SQL Server, IIS, and Exchange 
 Strong track record of effective project management, estimating resource requirements and timelines, managing and tracking multiple projects simultaneously, and delivering on commitments 
 Very strong verbal and written communications skills 
 The ability to clearly define ideas and recommendations to drive consensus 
 Ability to communicate issues and drive to resolution 
 Strong cross-cultural awareness, communication, problem solving and conflict resolution
