JOB DESCRIPTION
This includes understanding business problems, designing solutions to meet requirements, and project delivery using Agile methodologies.
Defining KPIs and evaluating project performance post release are also key areas of responsibility.
5+ years’ experience in the below areas: Voice User Experience design IVR application design Business analyst experience (requirements collection, solution definition, design development, project delivery) Project management Interacting with business owners, developers, testers, and support resources Managing the entire project lifecycle Opportunity analysis Application performance analysis
DESIRED SKILLS:
Conversational Experience design Bot-like experience design (voice or chat) Solution architecture skills Technical aptitude SQL query knowledge Tableau experience a plus Prior development experience a plus.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree or master’s degree in the field of Computer Science or Information Systems or a related field.
