Senior NO-SQL/Cassandra admin

Architecture

Analyzing the current and future need Preparing high level architecture document

Installation and Configuration -

Prepare installation & configuration document Perform sample installation & Configuration Should be well versed with Linux commands and scripting Understand and Perform data backup and other data related maintenance Guide Portal IT team for installation/configuration it on rest of the environments Performance tuning

Data modeling

Analyze current and future functional requirement Prepare the data modal with collaboration with portal IT Guide Portal IT to implement the data Modal

Analyze and establish best practices for accessing database from application code.

Create Java REST API Access Cassandra data through application code

Prepare Operational readiness and maintenance document

Uptime and Performance Monitoring Recurring maintenance Fail over and recovery testing Cross data center replication testing Perform initial maintenance for data backup
