Job Type: IT Environment Support Analyst
Location : NY
Rate: Market Rate
* This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
* BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
* Ability to articulate and share clear, concise complex technical findings to management in understandable terms
* Strong ability to lead incident management calls and determine root cause analysis amongst multiple teams. Documenting and following defined scripts and templates for call management and communications.
* Maintains proficiency in these key areas:
* Hardware Architecture (performance testing, monitoring, operations)
* Hardware Benchmarking (Agile, program managements, network management)
* Design (compliance, security)
* Network Engineering (planning, provision)
* Proficiency in more than one specific infrastructure technology
* Ability to execute with understanding of best practices
* Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals
* Strong knowledge of infrastructure/environment components (RedHat/AIX, Web server, middleware, policy servers, monitoring, environmental properties) and the integration into application architecture.
* Experience with configuration management (i.e., release management, inventory management, migration, version control, change control, etc
* Strong code analysis skills (scripting language experience with automating tasks and troubleshooting interconnected components)
