IT Analyst (Reporting and Data Analysis)
Pensacola, FL

-Create a platform for reporting IT Service Management (specifically Change Management) metrics, planned changes, and service performance.
-Align data from multiple tools to provide insight into operational efficiencies and opportunities to innovate and improve.

-Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions.
-Design and build technical processes to address business issues.
-Develop/maintain reports in accordance with style, functional, and technical guidelines established.
-Fulfill ad-hoc reporting requests to assist the business in responding to questions and issues.
-Design and create dashboards, report on KPIs and metrics, and answer business questions to help increase the quality and reduce the costs of Service Delivery.
-Actively participate in continuous improvement efforts targeted at increasing business impact, reliability, and efficiency related to reporting and data analysis.

-Knowledge of ITIL Service Management framework.
-Experience creating and maintaining reports using reporting platforms such as SQl Server Reporting Services, Cognos, and SAP Business Objects.
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
-Experience designing and implementing the automation of routine manual tasks.
