Job Title : IT Analyst I
Location: Detroit, MI
Duration: 6-12 Months
? Data analysis: understand datasets, create reports, dashboards and pull data
extracts for internal & external stakeholders
? Dashboards & Visualization: Create graphs and charts using popular tools like
Tableau, Excel etc
? Dashboards & Visualization: Learning and implementing new analytic tools
? Data extraction: Utilizing various tools to extract data
? Research: perform research/analysis and create presentations to support
business hypothesis
? Presentations: Using existing content library, create presentations to support
internal and customer discussions.
? Business analysis: Understand/document business process/flow to support
projects and product implementation. Use visuals and documents to establish
common understanding across business stakeholders and development team
? Business analysis: Capture requirements, document them in an easy to
understand manner using visuals.
? Documentation: Creating and maintaining documentation including reports,
training guides, data dictionaries around data management
Experience you have
? Bachelor’s degree or proven experience in information technology or other
related fields
? Demonstrated curiosity and drive for identifying the most efficient and accurate
reporting solutions.
? Ability to complete and validate ad-hoc data requests as needed
? Ability to learn and write SQL code using multiple tools
? Ability to learn and create visuals using tools like Tableau
? Ability to use MS-Office tools like PowerPoint, Excel and Word to document and
demonstrate understanding of data outputs, business processes, workflows etc.
? Ability to continuously learn new data analytics tools
? Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-threaded work environment
? Organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask
