Managing and administering Informatica support engagements in Insurance domain.
Implemented industry-wide best practices by adopting right mix of tools and process frameworks SOP Extensively worked on designing schema and creating Facts, Attributes, Hierarchies and Transformations. Play vital role in building healthy service provider-customer relationship. Responsible for risk mitigation and planning, demand management and set up of program governance structure. Conduct and provide program status review meetings on weekly and monthly basis. Report SLA metrics and performance metrics to client stakeholders and Cognizant leadership. Identify opportunity to cross-skill team on technology, domain and to ensure efficiency and contingency planning. Drive continuous service improvement initiatives with specific focus on automation, active backlog reduction. Proven ability in defining goals, coordinating with teams and achieving results
