At least five years of IT related experience such as program development and design, engineering and/or database administration
At least five years of recent experience as a Systems Engineer on Identity and Access Management and Role Based Access Control projects in a large enterprise environment
Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting the IBM suite of access management tools including:
Access Management - IBM Tivoli Access Manager/IBM Security Access Manager
Identity Management - IBM Tivoli Identity Manager/IBM Security Identity Manager
IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator
Application Server - WebSphere Application Server
Database - Oracle / DB2
Active Directory (AD) and LDAP
Understanding of role based access, least privilege and segregation of duties access control concepts
Firm understanding of authentication and authorization technologies and protocols including: SAML, OATH, OAuth, federation, certificates, kerberos and multi-factor authentication
Experience with shell scripting and JavaScript
Provisioning and access governance experience with and understanding of security on systems such as Active Directory, UNIX/Linux, Oracle
Experience leading IAM projects, support efforts and other technical deliverables with varying levels of complexity
Experience with Federation processes and technologies
Experience with Tivoli/Security Access Manager (TAM), Tivoli/Security Identity Manager (ITIM), Tivoli Directory Integrator (TDI), and Tivoli/Security Federated Identity Manager (TFIM
Experience with applying fixpak, upgrading IBM suite of access management tools.
Experience in Installing and configuring ITIM adapters ( TAM Adapter, TAM GSO Adapters
Experience in Configuring ITIM Services, Provisioning polices, Password Policies, Identity Policies, Entitlements, Adapters, and Self Service.
Experience with Java, JavaScript, HTML and/or XML programming
Leadership and ability to prioritize tasks
Bachelor''s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or other analytical disciplines or
equivalent experience
