Job Description :
JOB DUTIES:
Application Tier-3 Support, Handling the tickets, Analysis & debugging, work with interfacing systems, resolve the tickets, route the tickets to appropriate systems, make necessary code changes, production release support, Production Implementations, Health Checks, Sanity Checks, Production Validation and Verification

MUST HAVE SKILLS:
UNIX, JAVA, X-Query, IBM MQ, XSLT, IBM IIB/Message Broker, DB2, Experience in Application Tier-3 Support
