Job Description:
Project management of the Upgrade Assessment: Assisting with preparation, planning, tracking of
various tasks, and stakeholder management
Assess the feasibility and costs of the following options Upgrade to 10.0 on premise
The above mentioned assessments will cover the following tasks
Assess the effort to remove database customizations to ensure future product support
Assess the impact to IBM ICM model components including reports, calculations, workflows, web
forms due to upgrade to version 10
Assess the infrastructure restructuring effort to move to version 10 architecture o Determine the effort,
timeline and resource plan for a complete upgrade
Provide documentation pertaining to: a. Feasibility study on upgrade to version 10.0 on premise b.
Effort, cost, resource and timeline estimate for upgrade to version 10 including (1) Effort for removing
customizations (2) Effort for architecture changes (3) Effort for upgrade process and testing
