Job Description:
- Conduct EAM stakeholder and Subject Matter Expert interviews
- Develop Future State understanding of EAM strategy and objectives
- Define Business Requirements
- Refine and finalize Project Plan
- Perform Baseline Analysis and Mapping of IAM
- EAM controls-Authentication, Authorization, Provisioning, De-provisioning and Certification
- Review of Control Areas
- Data gathering
- EAM provisioning and de-provisioning
- Certification Process Review
- Perform Gap Analysis
- Assess discrepancy between current state, Business Requirements and future state
Focus on drivers and enablers
