Profile:

Provides expert knowledge in one or more fields of specialization on workstation and desktop support. They have in-depth skills in an industry or technology segment and serve as subject experts on end user software and hardware. These individuals will have knowledge of Microsoft stack, DNS, hardware break-fix, audio-visual knowledge, and telephony installations for end users. Will perform new employee software and equipment setup, relocation of IT equipment and assist in setup of A/V presentations. they typically have multiple years of consulting experience. Can physically relocate or deploy computer equipment.

Level of Expertise:

The various levels of Helpdesk Analyst Professionals reflect the breadth and depth of skill as well as extensive experience in the IT industry. More advance individuals will develop high-level and complex profiles for end user services and have extensive expertise in Microsoft application stack, O365, Active Directory, SharePoint, desktop virtualization and telephone system configuration support. They serve as the focal point for all end user services
