We need someone with strong soft skills under duress, and past experience with MCS, not just their HP Insights skills. It has to be someone we can trust to sit alone with the customer and represent the company well.
Consulting experience and customer facing professionalism must be a high level; this engagement exists to address a customer satisfaction issue, so the consultant MUST be compassionate and inspire customer confidence.

Architecture guidance, best practices, common usage patterns, code samples, and hands-on guidance on some (or all) of the following Azure services and the corresponding areas that will be used as part of the build of DEEP program:
o Upgrading to HDInsight 4.0
o Upgrading to ADLS Gen2
o HDI Performance issues
o HDI cost optimization Architecture
o HDI scaling Architecture
o ADLS RBAC
o SQOOP connection issues to SQL Server
o Apache Oozie in HDInsight Hadoop clusters related architecture and issues
o ELT architecture and related issues
