2 year contract
Need someone who can work on our w2
Top 3 requirements:
7+ years hands on development Hadoop experience
Spark experience
Java/Scala background prior to moving into Hadoop Development
Experience working with large volumes of data
NICE TO HAVES:
Capital Markets (equities, FI, FX, etc)
MapR
Apache Drill
Working on Data Lake for capital markets group. Focused on quality of the data and creating data model for enterprise. Sits on an ab initio framework to construct lake -> will eventually start to integrate spark/scala/python into framework. Hadoop is used to determine the performance of the data and to organize it.
