Job Description :
We are seeking a HR Assistant to work closely with senior managerial staff to provide administrative support on a one-to-one basis. Discretion and confidentiality are essential attributes.

Responsibilities:
Work on Quick Books - Accounts Payable, Invoice Entry
Must have Microsoft Office Skills and superb attention to detail.

Deal with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of manager;
Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, filing, etc.;
Process Employee Background Checks
Liaising with Vendors and other staff/employees;
Respond to Employee queries
