Position:: HCM integration and Tester

Job Roles and Responsibilities::
Someone who has been a Test Lead
Excellent Communication Skills
Minimum 8 years relevant integration and test experience.
Has developed infrastructure and processes for conducting integration and testing of complex systems.
Has worked as Integration Lead including daily interactions with technicians, engineers and managers.
Technical interfaces experience – understanding of file layouts, hardware components, transmission requirements, etc.
Vendor management – experience as a liaison/coordinator between source and target systems (external vendors and downstream systems
Testing HCM/FIN experience – knowledge of testing in large scale implementations (unit/integration), script writing, testing support (identify data needed to test each interface), etc.
Defect management
Hands on knowledge with large scale development projects integration process coordination.
Ability to analyze and comprehend data transformation requirements.
Ability to analyze, comprehend and document test data dependencies across multiple integration points.
Good at preparing visualization documentation.
Good communicator.
Strong collaborator.
