Skills
1. Strong knowledge of Go programming language, paradigms, constructs, and idioms
2. Knowledge of common Goroutine and channel patterns
3. Experience with the full site of Go frameworks and tools, including:
4. Dependency management tools such as Godep, Sltr, etc.
5. Go''s templating language
6. Go''s code generation tools, such as Stringer
7. Popular Go web frameworks, such as Revel
8. Router packages, such as Gorilla Mux
9. Ability to write clean and effective Godoc comments
10. Familiarity with Git code versioning tools, including enterprise GitHub
11. Familiarity with secure coding standards:
12. All code will be pen-tested to check for vulnerabilities
13. Must be able to write code which avoids common mistakes such as those described in the OWASP Top Ten
14. Project designs should attempt to follow 12-factor app methodology where possible
15. Prefer experience or familiarity with:
16. Single-Sign-On technologies like OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML
17. CI/CD technologies, such as: Drone, Chef, Terraform, OpenStack, Kubernetes
18. Containerization technologies, such as Docker
19. TLS and public-key cryptography, including TLS mutual authentication
20. JWT tokens
21. Interacting with databases such as Postgres
