Job Description :
1. This position is for a Sr. Technical Developer Who has good technical skills on Guidewire products. 2. Good knowledge about database, sql queries, sound technical skills on Guidewire framework, Guidewire code/ rules/ configuration/integrations as well as good Java, Springbatch skills . 3. The candidate should have minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in P&C Insurance – Claims. Candidate should be aware of Guidewire product family with at minimum 3 year of experience (Preferable is GW ClaimCenter experience but any GW product is fine) 4. Candidate is expected to have hands on knowledge of requirements gathering, documentation, agile working and related tools e.g. Rally / Kanban etc. 5. Understand specifications, prepare HLD design, owns development and testing projects for medium to large or complex components of a project module for configuration, development, customization, migration, conversion, maintenance and testing WITH THE OBJECTIVE of ensuring complete coverage of clients requirements and product quality WITHIN the client and project specifications. 5. Candidate should have knowledge of different integrations between Guidewire and external applications/ vendors. Working knowledge of mapping documents, experience of process to conduct integration testing, end to end testing is required. 6. Candidate should have experience to conduct and lead various calls with business/ developers/ QA resources and onshore –offshore model. 7. Candidate should have sound problem solving and root cause analysis skills.
