Java Developer Job Details
* 6-10 years'' experience Develop real-time Java code running in a Linux based Aircraft Interface Device (AID
* The AID processes raw airplane data into engineering units, performs flight situation assessments, determines the best way to fly the airplane, and provides recommendations to pilots on how best to fly the airplane.
* Preflight flight plans, inflight recommendations, performance data, pilot notes and post flight records are sent via restful services between the AID and a mobile iPad.
Java Developer Mandatory Skills
* Must have senior-level skillset, having worked on Java for 5+ years in assignments of expanding complexity.
* Since the apps generally aren''t running as standalone apps, core skills in iOS technologies are also required.
* Our processes require knowledge and extensive experience in continuous integration, automated builds, configuration management, and best practices around quality software engineering in a Linux environment.
* Desire Matlab Scripting.
* Skilled with working in a Linux environment to configure the Aircraft Interface Device.
* Must have excellent communication skills
