5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within Financial Services
Financial services industry experience is required
Experience working within Operations as well as IT
Customer Relationship Manager experience required
Proven experience working on system conversion projects
Experience with Compliance, Order Management, Reporting or Portfolio Management systems.
Specific financial system experience with either Eagle, Portia, Charles River, Broadridge, DTCC, Linedata Longview, SimCorp, Fidelity (NFS), Tamarac, etc.
Agile experience required
Experience working directly with retail investment advisors, senior investment professionals and technology vendors
Bachelor’s Degree is required with an advanced degree highly valued
Ability to document functional requirements based on summary of interviews with business owners
Detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
