The client had really embarrassing situation last time they submitted them and reviewing the reports, identifying the problems and making sure that they are submitted correctly by combining 20 different reports from 20 subsidiaries at enterprise level and submit them to
At least 12 to 15 years of experience in US Financial Sector, primarily in Banking (No need of knowledge of securities, trading etc
Thorough knowledge of the entire Commercial Lending process
Excellent communication capabilities, particularly with C level executives (CFO, COO, CIO, Commercial Credit Officer, Program/Product Owner of the regulatory report submission)
Knowledge of Consumer Loan processes is a plus
Should have prepared reports by gathering information or reports from various systems to prepare enterprise reports by consolidation while validating the data
Preparation and verification of Regulatory reports. Ability to understand the reports submitted in previous submissions and able to diagnose the data inconsistency issues and their root cause and fixing them before submitting to the FCA.
Management Consulting Experience is very much needed but not mandatory.
