Relevant Experience (in Yrs): 8-10 years in IT
Technical/Functional Skills
ETL-
a) Teradata
b) AbInitio, DataStage, Talend
c) Complex SQL structures,
d) Able to analyze an issue and come to conclusion.
e) BI exposure
f) Ability to work with middle management and lead the entire technical team without any manual intervention.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead and guide development of ETL architecture
Develop solution in highly demanding environment and provide hands on guidance to other team members.
Head complex ETL requirements and design
Collaborate with product development teams and senior designers to develop architectural requirements to ensure client satisfaction with product
Implement ETL solution fulfilling stringent performance requirements
Assess requirements for completeness and accuracy
Identify, recommend and implement ETL process and architecture improvements
Manage build phase and quality assure code to ensure fulfilling requirements and adhering to ETL architecture
Proven track record as an ETL Architect, leading development teams to deliver successful business intelligence solutions with complex data sources
6-8 years hands on experience in ETL development (AbInitio, DataStage and Teradata)
