Project overview:
Rationalize the system to system integrations for the IT Ecosystem bringing stability, reliability, integrity and predictability. By the end of the engagement, our Client will have standard batch scheduling, data extraction/transformation/load, file transmission and overall monitoring.

Deliverables

Analyze/document current system to system integrations
Establish integration standards and best practices
Crosstrain IT Staff on standards, methodologies and implementation
Taking risk based approach, refactor critical jobs/processes to align with new standards/architecture
