POSITION: .Net Software Developer
Location: Buffalo, NY (On site)
FULL TIME
Responsibilities Include:
Develops Microsoft .NET-based software
Designs, develops, documents, tests, and debugs new and existing software systems and/or applications for market sale or large-scale proprietary software for internal use.
Uses Microsoft .NET Framework and supporting programming languages (e.g., Visual C#, Javascript, T-SQL
Serves as technical expert on development projects, participate in full development life cycle including requirements analysis and design.
Writes technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements.
Supports, maintains, and documents software functionality.
Identifies and evaluates new technologies for implementation.
Analyzes code to find causes of errors and revise programs as needed.
Participates in software design meetings and analyzes user needs to determine technical requirements.
Consults with end user to prototype, refine, test, and debug programs to meet needs.
Works under general supervision with latitude for independent judgment.
May consult with senior peers on certain projects.
Moderate skills with high level of proficiency.
Requirements Include:
Travel up to 5%
Associate''s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
Experience with Visual Studio Development Software
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
