Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Application Development Services Manager, Data Processing Manager III, the consultant shall mentor technical staff for the design and development of a Web-based time scheduling solution using Microsoft Visual Studio 2013TM .NET and SQL Server 2012TM.
The consultant shall work with the existing standards and procedures developed by our client, Americans with Disabilities Act Compliance standards, and Federal Government.
PERCENT DUTIES ASSIGNED:
30% MENTORING THE DESIGN OF A WEB APPLICATION
The consultant shall mentor the analysis of application requirements and the design for a Web-based Application.
30% MENTORING DOCUMENTATION
The consultant shall mentor the creation and maintenance of system documentation including design, specifications, configuration, and support.
40% MENTORING SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT
The consultant shall mentor the development and deployment of a Web-based solution using Microsoft .NET 4.6, Microsoft Visual Studio 2015™, Microsoft Model-View-Controller 5, AngularJS, SQL Server 2012™, Microsoft Entity Framework 6, SSRS, and Team Foundation Server.
Mandatory Qualifications
Experience in mentoring the design, coding, testing, and implementation of a Web application using Microsoft Visual Studio 2015™ .NET, SQL Server 2012™, Microsoft Model-View-Controller 5, AngularJS, and Microsoft Entity Framework 6.
Experience in mentoring development of Web applications
Mentoring user testing and acceptance activities for Web-based solutions.
Must have experience in mentoring the translation of business requirements into information technology system specifications
Mentoring the administration of Microsoft Team Foundation Server & Microsoft Entity Framework
Must have experience mentoring the use of ASP.NET MVC
Experience in mentoring the use of AngularJS
Experience in mentoring data cleansing and migration activities
