Job Description :
1. Tech Lead/Lead Engineer with extensive experience in Microsoft Development technologies such as C#, ASP.net MVC, Web API and Microsoft Azure
2. Experience on front end technologies such as Angular/Knockout.
3. Experience in ORM’s like Entity framework and Dapper
4. Prior experience in working in Azure environments
5. Good knowledge on CI/CD integration and tools such as Jenkins, MS Build, etc.
6. A very good communicator and team player who could work and drive an offshore team for 3-4 members.
7. Experience in leading a small onsite and offshore team. (Preferably in the lines of a L2 support model)
8. A very strong candidate with good problem solving skills to approach/troubleshoot critical production issues.
9. Prioritize tickets based on their severity and impact on the business.
10. Analyze business requirements and provide estimates for new enhancements to the application.
11. Ability to provide technical directions to the team and clear out any blockers
12. Good understanding of best practices and design principles
13. Ability to develop performant web applications adhering to industry best practices

Requirements:

5. Experience in leading offshore teams

Expert level experience in the following technologies is a MUST
1. C#
2. ASP.NET

Good to have skills:
1. Experience in L1/L2 support
2. GIT/TFS
