Job Description :
Position Requirements:
Candidates must demonstrate all of the following technical competencies:
- At least 5 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server developing complex transact queries including stored procedures, functions, views, SSRS reports, SSIS packages
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues in database integrity, performance, blocking and deadlocking, connectivity and security
- Expertise in Database logical and physical modeling including normalization, identifying/non-identifying relations, data types and referential integrity
- Skilled in building clean, well-documented, understandable, reusable SQL and C# code
- At least 2 years of experience in .NET C# development of WEB applications
- Experience with Java Script/JQuery
- Expertise in design and develop secure, fast, scalable, web applications
- Crystal Reports development and troubleshooting is a plus
- XML parsing and encoding is a plus
- Borland/Embarcadero Delphi (v.2007 or later) is a plus

In addition, we are looking for:
- Understanding and ability to translate written requirements into technical design specifications.
- Experience in using Database modeling tools (e.g., Visio)
- Working knowledge of Visual Studio 2010 (or higher)
- SQL Management Studio 2012 (or higher)
- Working knowledge of TFS or other source code management tools
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills utilizing diagnostic abilities
- Experience in code review and acceptance processes in order to improve code quality
- Strong documentation skills to facilitate support of ongoing operational responsibilities
- Strong emphasis on unit testing and delivering defect-free code to QA

Interpersonal and teamwork requirements:
- Ability to work quickly in a small-team iterative development environment
- Clear verbal and written communication
- Demonstrated ability to write clear specifications for complex processes
- Effective interpersonal skills collaborating with business partners and technical team members
- Experience participating in code review and acceptance process to improve code quality

- Present an ethical, enthusiastic, tactful, resourceful, and professional profile

These positions require strong knowledge and experience in SQL development and a minimum 2 years of .NET C# MVC development. Also, he needs to be motivated and excited to work with interesting and complex financial applications, insurance will be a plus.
