We anticipate a similar .NET skillset (database experience, tracing code logic through multiple layers of the tech stack) would work well. We need a technically savvy developer to trace through the existing code and make changes so it works in the new environment.
Seeking .NET application developer with strong database developer background
This is a conversion project.
The ideal candidate will have application experience working with Oracle and SQL databases, and a proven track record for analyzing and converting existing code to other platforms.
In addition to .NET application conversion work, this candidate will also perform conversion work with reports spanning multiple database platforms (eg Oracle E-Business Suite, custom Oracle, SQL and Access
Experience with development and support in a 24x7 environment
Strong Communication Skills
Must Have Technologies:
Application development (At least one of these: C# or VB.NET)
Database experience (SQL, Oracle)
Nice To Have Technologies:
Experience with Automate (from HelpSystems)
Experience with Oracle EBS Manufacturing
Application development (both C# and VB.NET)
