Job title: SAP Change and Release Manager
Location: Voorhees, NJ
Duration: 6 month contract to hire
Skills:
Communicate, govern, document, maintain the end to end change and release processes for the SAP environment
Ensure that SAP technology requirements are incorporated into the enterprise change management process
Assess all changes for the appropriate risk level and impact-Lead and/or participate in change advisory board meetings-Define processes and procedures for maintaining a multi-track development landscape
Lead and coordinate Go-Live activities including deployment plans
Able to identify, resolve, or escalate any potential issues that would impact release activities-Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment with virtual teams
Ability to work flexible hours and over the weekend as needed to facilitate change and release activities
Strong project management and planning capabilities
Strong understanding of SAP ALM and Operations methodologies in an environment using SAP Solution Manager and ChaRM
Expert knowledge of ITIL standards for change and release management
Understanding of Sox and related compliance requirements for SAP changes
Understanding of change management tools (e.g. Remedy)
