Client is looking for an expert with specific Oracle expertise to manage large, complex global transformation programs and projects across multiple disparate businesses, factories, and time zones.
What You Will Do:
You will be focused primarily on customer programs/projects, communicating with customers and teams on assigned to projects, while communicating change management, tracking milestones and making adjustments, and utilizing your expertise in project management methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and adherence to high quality standards to meet customer’s requirements.
Overall management of teams and assigned projects including coordination, status reporting, financials, scope, schedules, etc.
Facilitation of requirements sessions
Ensure team is working as an effective unit, and build consensus
Communication and Change Management for assigned project(s)
Track milestones and make adjustments as necessary
Utilize and implement project management methodologies that ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget, adhere to a high quality standard, and meet customer’s requirements
Work directly with clients to determine project scope and specifications
Assist with preparation of project related documents
Report to multiple levels of the organization on project status, issues, etc.
Travel approximately 30%- 50% depending on projects and locations

Position Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing large, complex global IT projects, with a primary focus on Oracle EBS R12 migrations, implementations, and upgrades
Overall management of teams and assigned projects including coordination, status reporting, financials, scope, schedules, etc.

Education/Experience Necessary/Skills and Knowledge:
Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science from an accredited college or university
MBA preferred
10+ years Project Management experience
PMP certification highly desirable
Demonstrated experience managing large, complex global transformation programs and projects across multiple disparate businesses, factories, time zones, etc.
Demonstrated experience facilitating and leading requirements gathering sessions, design sessions, etc.
Demonstrated experience leading business process reengineering initiatives
5+ years in a functional business role required (Operations, Manufacturing, Purchasing, etc
10+ years working with Oracle EBS as an end user in a functional role
5+ years Change Management experience
5+ full lifecycle Oracle EBS r12 implementations
Prior experience at a $750M+ publicly traded manufacturing company with multiple global manufacturing locations, multiple product lines, disparate business processes, etc.
Expert level knowledge of MS Project
Prior experience working directly with end users
Detailed knowledge of Oracle operations, manufacturing modules
Global implementation experience
Experience integrating multiple business and systems
Experience with PLM systems and how they interact with Oracle EBS
Ability to present to “C” level executives
Self-starter who can initiate action and follow through with well-defined solutions and plans
Ability to work globally and cross culturally
Excellent spoken and written English skills
Highly effective conducting and leading project meetings and driving consensus
Prior experience working with both onshore and offshore teams, as well as 3rd party implementation partners
Experience with SharePoint highly desirable
