Lamda is a specific AWS service, must have not only AWS but Lamda and serverless architecture within AWS
Must be hands on to “implement” and “do”
Experience from a security perspective is “nice to have”
Business Initiatives/Purpose:
This position will focus on building client''s CI/CD platform and driving adoption of DevSecOps methodology at client. Candidates need to be strong technical leaders as well as having strong interpersonal skills. As client moves to a model of Agile software development, Public Cloud adoption, and DevSecOps methodology, this team will build out the systems, tools, and procedures to enable other teams to operate deliver innovative technical solutions for client.
MUST haves:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related mathematics or engineering discipline or equivalent combination of industry related professional experience and education. Experience in software engineering or IT including at least 4 years of experience in a role in which the primary responsibility is DevSecOps Engineering or the development, maintenance, and support of CI/CD pipelines. Must demonstrate ability to write code in Python, node.js, and Go. Must be able to provide examples of code written, and projects contributed to. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Agile Backlog Management
Source Code Management
Build Orchestration (Jenkins / GoCD)
Artifact Repository Management
Automated Testing including Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and Functional Testing

Load and Performance Testing

Configuration Management

Deployment Strategies and Patterns including Blue/Green and Canary Deploys
