Job Title: DevOps Integration Engineer
Location: New York, NY
Essential Skills:
DevOps Integration Engineer/ Lead is responsible to build, integrate and support highly available application infrastructure stack.
Would work closely with Application Development Teams (Agile Squads), Infrastructure teams in building and integration of Platform and Apps, sizing, provisioning of infrastructure and implement
monitoring/alerting for the applications.
Additionally, he/she will have the opportunity to drive changes, automate processes and provide continuous improvements in system performance, reliability.
4+ years of experience in application infrastructure setup, configurations, operations, Deployments and support Good understanding of client Server application architecture and application life cycle.
Work with application teams to understand application infrastructure and and create those application infrastructure components.
Design and development of builds, automation, scripts, installation procedures, and systems including source code control and issue tracking.
Automate infrastructure build and deployment process for continuous integration and deployments.
Expert with Software engineering methodologies and controls to achieve them.
Fluency with at least one DevOps generation scripting language (Python, Perl, PHP, Groovy, Bash
Should have basic knowledge on 4 or more, DevOps Tools, Git, Jenkins, Docker, Vagrant, chef, JUnit, LiquiBase, JMeter, Saturn, Sonar, TeamCity, Gradle, Dashboard/ Telemetric applications, App servers, Splunk,
Working experience in Agile driven team.
Having experience in Building/Maintaining Docker container clusters managed using Kubernetes, Linux, Bash, Git, Docker is a plus.
